Work product created specifically for a client engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement's contract.

Advisory and strategic services involve judgment, market conditions, and execution by the client. Grit does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue targets, or fundraising results. Our job is to give you the best possible thinking and execution support — results depend on factors outside our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grit's liability for any claim arising from use of our website or services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
